We hope that the vast majority of concerns and complaints can be dealt with immediately and satisfactorily through informal discussions with the member of staff concerned or a member of the School’s Executive Team.

If you do have a concern or complaint about the School, or if you have concerns about the wellbeing of a student or staff members, inappropriate behaviour or misconduct, it is important that you raise this as soon as possible.
