Creative Arts and Languages

The creative arts are a vital thread of the Junior School’s fabric.

The love of the Arts is fostered in children from Pre-School through to Year 12. We firmly believe that creativity is a process which must be stimulated, encouraged and nurtured. We want to lay the foundations of a lifelong love and enjoyment of the creative world for all Cranbrook Junior School students. Beyond developing and enhancing artistic skills and talents, students learn the art of thinking critically and creatively through the Cranbrook Creative Arts programme.

We offer a dynamic range of creative, visual, and performative experiences at our Junior School for all years, encouraging our students to see the Arts as an expression of language and a display of individuality.

The aim of the programme is to inspire, motivate and develop a passion for creativity and imagination from an early age.
