Tuition and Boarding Fees

Tuition and boarding fees are charged in advance in three equal instalments, at the beginning of Terms 1, 2 and 3.Two further statements will be sent during the year:

  • At the beginning of Term 4 for incidental expenses incurred during Term 3; and
  • At the end of Term 4 for incidental expenses incurred during Term 4 and as a final account for the year.

Overseas students pay a higher fee as the School receives no Government per capita grants for overseas students.

Enrolment Fees

  • Kindergarten to Year 12 A non-refundable enrolment fee of $7,275 is payable when a place at the School is formally offered and accepted.
  • Pre-School A deposit of $3,000 is payable when a place at St Michael’s or St Mark’s Pre-school is formally offered and accepted. The deposit is refundable when the child leaves the Pre-School.

Extra Charges

Additional fees are payable for events and courses studied or activities undertaken outside the normal school programme such as instrument lessons and excursions.

Payment of Fees

  • Fees are payable by cheque, credit card, direct debit or BPAY.
  • Fees paid in advance for a full year’s tuition prior to the due date of the first instalment will receive a discount of 1.5%.
  • Fees not paid by the due date, and where no other agreement has been documented with the School, will incur an administrative charge of $250 per account; and
  • Fees not paid in accordance with the School’s terms and conditions may result in exclusion of a student from classes. Refer to the Enrolment Terms and Conditions.
  • School fees are determined by the School Council, reviewed from time to time, and are subject to change without notice.
