Absence Procedure
On the day of absence the parent/guardian is required to telephone their son's Housemaster or Senior School reception on 9327 9553 before 8:20 am to report their son's inability to attend School on that day and to give the reason. Notes addressed to the Housemaster, explaining the cause and dates of the absence must be given to the Housemaster on the day the student returns to School. All notes must clearly state the student's name and tutor group at the top.
Late arrival to school must be accompanied by a note from parents addressed to the Housemaster. Students must report to the Senior School Reception and to their Housemaster during the day. Lateness is strongly discouraged.
